This website only collects information that you voluntarily provide through the Coffee Chat request form. The form may ask for:

Your information is collected for one purpose only: so that Puneeth Purushothama can review your request and get back to you to arrange a coffee chat or virtual call. Your data is never used for newsletters, marketing, advertising, or any commercial purpose.

4. How your information is stored

When you submit the coffee chat form, your information is securely transmitted to and stored by Netlify Forms — a form handling service provided by Netlify, Inc., based in the United States. Netlify stores form submissions on encrypted, secure servers and complies with GDPR data processing requirements.

Puneeth Purushothama accesses your submission only through the secure Netlify dashboard to read and respond to your request. Your data is not exported, copied, or stored anywhere else.

5. How long your data is kept

Your form submission is kept for as long as needed to follow up on your coffee chat request — typically no longer than 3 months. After that, submissions are deleted from the Netlify dashboard. If you would like your data deleted sooner, simply email gowdapuneeth26@gmail.com and it will be removed within 7 days.

6. Who can see your data

Only Puneeth Purushothama can see your submitted information. It is never shared with, sold to, or accessed by any third party — no recruiters, no companies, no advertisers. The only exception is Netlify, Inc. as the technical service that stores the form data on our behalf.

As this website is based in Switzerland and serves visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
